JENNIFER ADAIR
Strategy and Business Development

Jennifer Adair is a Senior team member focusing on the Strategy and Business Development of Rimsom Associates. Jennifer has had extensive federal government advisory and commercial real estate experience as a consultant working with United States federal agencies applying best practices in their real property organizations. She honed her skill in directing government organizations through change as a senior consultant with the General Services Administration, the National Institutes of Health and the Bureau of Indian Affairs where she provided regulatory and legal expertise in federal acquisition processes. She has also developed significant expertise and experience in business strategy as Director of Client Relations with the Joshua Smith Coaching Group.

There, she positioned the company in corporate alliances with the Kauffamn Foundation, the National Urban League, the Business Roundtable and Microsoft. She advised technology client companies on business risk and formulated solutions that included M&A and venture capital. As a manager with General Electric, she garnered significant experience in pricing and corporate business strategy having developed a test program for a re-engineered product line, which was implemented and expanded nationally as a revenue generating product area for the corporation. Ms. Adair is an Advisor to Aqund Urban Development Group in Washington DC. She graduated from Duke University and the Howard University School of Law.
